Mr. Linden's Library
A short story I wrote for my Creative Writing class my junior year in high school. We had to pick a picture from this set of them, then write a story with the picture as a scene, and the quote below the picture incorporated into the story. The picture I chose was that of a young girl who looked like she fell asleep while reading a book, and there were vines starting to curl out of the spine of the book. So, being the lover of scary stories that I am, I decided to take that picture and turn it into a scary story.

The Room! It's Aliiiiiiiiiive!
Another short story for that creative writing class. This one was partly inspired by my friend Dee earlier that year. In a chat room on AOL, she and a couple other people had the floor, wall, and couch (and I think the door, too) start talking and trying to eat people and stuff. So, in this short story, I was classifying myself into the four main aspects of my personality, and it was them reacting to the wall, floor, and couch talking and trying to eat people. I love this story, mostly because it has a couch complaining about indigestion.
